AS ADEQUATE PROTECTION FOR ANY DIMINUTION IN ITS INTEREST DUE TO THE USE OF CASH COLLATERAL, STONINGTON CAPITAL LLC IS GRANTED REPLACEMENT LIENS IN POSTPETITION ASSETS OF THE SAME KIND, TYPE, AND NATURE AS THE PREPETITION COLLATERAL OF STONINGTON AND ANY PROCEEDS THEREOF.
