06/28/2021 | 43 | Motion to Continue the Hearing scheduled for June 29, 2021. Counsel for the UST has been summoned for jury duty at 1pm in the 16th Circuit Court of Missouri (Jackson County). Further, counsel has discussed the matter with Debtor's counsel, and the Debtor would like additional time to attempt to market the property for sale.
