ORDERED, that each Illegal Occupant may purge its contempt by vacating the Property; by October 15, 2024; pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 105(a) and the inherent power of this Court to impose civil contempt sanctions, that upon presentation of an affidavit by the Debtor that not all of the Illegal Occupants have vacated the Property, the United States Marshals Service is directed to accompany the Debtors representatives to change all locks at the Property so that only the Debtor can access the Property and escort all occupants out of the building. The United States Marshals are authorized, if necessary, to enter forcibly into the Property and to use whatever force is reasonably necessary to evict the Illegal Occupants and to protect their safety and the safety of the Debtors representatives; the United States Marshals and the Trustee are to effectuate enforcement of this Order at any time on or after October 15, 2024, but only between Monday and Thursday between 7 a.m. and 3 p.m.. (EST), and shall take no action to affect enforcement of this Order outside of the above- referenced time frame, subject to further Order of this Court. Debtors bankruptcy estate shall hold harmless any and all of the law enforcement agencies utilized in the enforcement of this Order, and their employees from any and all claims, asserted in any court or tribunal arising from any acts, incidents or occurrences in connection with the enforcement of this Order, including third-party claims. This Court shall retain jurisdiction to: (i) interpret and construe and enforce the provisions of this Order; (ii) hear and determine any disputes arising under or related to the foregoing; and (iii) enforce the provision of this Order.
