Order:
The debtor requests a hearing on or before Friday, April 4, on its motions for use of cash collateral, for permission to pay prepetition compensation, and for permission to continue using its existing bank account (the First-Day Motions). The debtor reports that its next payroll is not until April 16 but suggests a more immediate need to buy supplies and use its existing financial accounts. Therefore,

The court will conduct a preliminary hearing on the First-Day Motions on April 4, 2025, at 1:30 p.m. in Room 133 of the United States Courthouse in Milwaukee. The debtor's counsel, the debtor's representative, counsel for the United States trustee, and all witnesses are required to appear in person. The court may hear evidence in support of granting the relief requested in the First-Day Motions on an interim basis.

Parties in interest, as that phrase is used in 11 U.S.C. sec. 1109, may alternatively appear by telephone; to do so, they must file correspondence before 12:00 p.m. (noon) on April 4 that identifies all persons who will appear by telephone and explains each person's interest in the debtor's bankruptcy case. Only persons so identified will be allowed to participate by telephone. Parties participating by telephone may neither examine witnesses nor present evidence. To participate by telephone, such persons must call the court conference line at 1-669-254-5252, enter meeting ID 161 2029 1132 and passcode 600430.

The debtor must give notice of this order and the April 4 hearing to all parties who may have an interest in the debtor's cash collateral (including interests that are junior to liens securing an amount that exceeds the collateral value) and the 20 largest unsecured creditors

in the most expeditious means practical, including specifically email or telephone notice to all such parties or their counsel if the debtor has that information or can reasonably obtain it.

The debtor must file a declaration reporting on compliance with this service requirement by no later than 6:00 p.m. April 3, 2025.
